Tumbleweed and tall grasses blowing in late afternoon breezes across central Oregon’s high desert were the inspiration for this wall quilt.  It is one in a series of quilts using free-form curved piecing and gradated fabrics, two of Judy’s favorite things to do and to use in quilting.
